Take LORAZEPAM 2 MG TABLET exactly as prescribed. Common side effects of LORAZEPAM 2MG TABLET are sleepiness, fatigue, muscle weakness and problems with coordination. Most of these side effects of LORAZEPAM 2 MG TABLET do not require medical attention and gradually resolve with time. However, if side effects are persistent, make an appointment with your doctor.

Do not take Ativan (LORAZEPAM) 2 mg Tablet if you are allergic to any of its components. USE INSTRUCTIONS SWALLOW LORAZEPAM 2 MG TABLET with water. Do not crush or chew it.
